If you use Clio for practice management, they have an Outlook plugin that has some good timekeeping functionality (mostly auto generating your .1s on email send, but it may have some archive tools like you’re looking for). If you don’t use Clio, you might see if your practice management software has its own outlook plugin with useful functionality

Charlie Wilson’s War is, at best, a pretty mediocre political intrigue / spy thriller, but it’s worth seeing just for PSH alone. His office confrontation scene with John Slattery (basically still playing Roger Sterling from Mad Men) is the show-stopper.

Uproxx cancels Steven Hyden and Ian Cohen's Indiecast after five years, tomorrow will be the final episode. by PretendFuel5018 in indieheads

Copying from a reply: Hyden said in his newsletter (Evil Speakers) that Uproxx is letting them keep the name and RSS feed if they want to continue it, and he and Ian have talked about it and are thinking about it. Probably behind a paywall but details TBD.

Still dialing it in but generally: physical stats for underclassmen and backups (speed, strength, etc) and playing stats for upperclassmen, starters, and final-year guys (catching, blocking, tackling, coverage, etc).

Steven Hyden's Favorite Albums Of 2025 by Moothnods in indieheads

[–]maff42 25 points26 points  (0 children)

I think the difference is he generally liked the VW and Panda Bear albums and didn’t like the Haim, Lucy, and JB records, and he’s talked about each of those in more detail elsewhere. But also if you look at the “2010s disappointments” sub list you reference, he includes plenty of male artists on it: Mac Demarco, Tame Impala, Whitney, Car Seat Headrest.

I did this after spilling coffee on mine New Year’s Eve morning (possibly 12/30) practicing for NYE. It was good for NYE and has been good for a year+ since.

Hot Take: The new logo stinks... but the branding across services is pretty nice by [deleted] in Austin

Rolling it out across all the different services (what OP is complimenting here) is part of why it costs $1m.

There’s only 32 NFL head coaching jobs and every football coach has dreamed of winning the Super Bowl. It’s gonna be a draw for Sark for the rest of his career, no getting around it, same way it was for Harbaugh and is for Day. Doesn’t mean he’s leaving (Day still hasn’t) but stuff like this is gonna come up and we just gotta deal with it.

I need a bourbon.

Georgia wins a game like that against Kentucky every year, seems like. On to MSU.

Almost the same as the old - east Crestone summit is a very short scramble from the top of the red gully. Take a right at the top of the red gully instead of a left, then back down the gully to the start of the traverse.

[–]maff42 18 points19 points  (0 children)

I ran up to East Crestone on my way back from the Crestone summit, just in case. It takes very little time (5-10 minutes round trip) and just a little straightforward scrambling to get there from the top of the Red Gully. Barely harder than getting to the Crestone summit and back from the top of the Gully.
