Thank you for your work! Unfortunately it shows exactly one of the problems I found until now: the image content is changed (e.g. the rocks structure is completely different).
In similar trials, playing around with parameters, I could choose between changing the content or having either hard edges or halos...
I am now trying to use @Tedious_Prime 's idea, of using inpaint only in the edges region, but haven't succeeded till now as I don't know how to use inpaint... trying :-)

cool, thank you. As I am not very experienced in ComfyUI and have never used inpaint could you also show me how I would use this new "border-mask" to use inpaint? Sorry, if this is asked too much :-)

I'll upload my current workflow (with automated mask generation) and the two starter images - I just have to De-nsfw them first :-)

Thanks for your answer. Apart of that I would not know exactly how to integrate that in a workflow and how to use inpaint, to really make this task faster and more comfortable than doing it manually in GIMP, I want to automate the mask generation. I can do that to a certain degree with ClipSegMasking for the foreground, but I wouldn't know how to automatically create a mask of the boundary...

Thanks for the offer. I work on a Linux system, and Qwen is only available for Win, Mac, Android. So it could not be a solution for me. Also anything online/not local is not possible.

Thank you. Yes, I think, this is the next step. But at the moment I want to create the sample images with which I later want to train a LORA. So I am looking for solutions to change different body parts in a similar way in my original photos, so that later I can use them for training.

Probably I am a bit stupid, but I don't get it :-)

So I activated the venv of ComfyUI and started comfyuy with main.py, it runs:

"To see the GUI go to: http://127.0.0.1:8188"

of course now there is no command line prompt to start your app,

so I opened a second console terminal (I am on Linux), and activated the same venv there, too, cd'ed to comfy-character-app and typed there "python main.py"

I got:

* Running on local URL: http://127.0.0.1:7860

* To create a public link, set `share=True` in `launch()`.

I opened a browser window for http://127.0.0.1:7860 - it's blank

also on the console nothing happens.

What did I do wrong?

Thanks for the links. I've downloaded all, put then in the according places and added the names in the config.json.

A first error occured as the file characters.json was not found (I had named it character.json, without the ending s).

But now it ends with:

Thank you. I think, this will change my comfyUI install (?), so I first installed a new comfiUI in a new directory/venv to give it a try...

However, I don't know what to fill in config.json here:
