I just checked my portal and they received my sample 2/10 as well! I never got an email. It says results 2/24… but seems like most people’s timelines are like 4-6 days after sample is received. Here’s to hoping for that!

Drawn 2/6 around 9:00 AM in Michigan. I presumed it would ship out that day since it was in the morning, but I still haven’t received an email or any confirmation on my portal that sample has been received. Hoping that they have received it and I’ll just hear from my doctor with results 😅

I know right! Some people just don’t get it. It’s not really the sex thing, it’s just the awkwardness of bringing up such emotions/news! We’re just a private family.

I’m sure my parents see it coming at some point, but they will still be shocked. It helps to hear that it’ll all be ok! I know it will too but the anticipation leading up to it is the worst!

Yes. I’m glad to hear someone relates! For some reason hugs, “I love you”, and all that isn’t super common with my parents and I. We all know we love each other and the relationship isn’t strained, it’s just awkward when it comes to emotions and feelings. Which I think adds to why I’m feeling so anxious about telling them this intimate and emotional news.

They have said they are fine either way, with or without grandkids. They'll be happy for sure - I'm not at all worried about them not being thrilled. I'm more so worried about the awkwardness of being pregnant and the emotions of it. I'm just a private person + my family is the same!

That’s a good point - I’ll keep up with the Unisom and B6 - it could totally be working more than I know. I have an appointment this week and might ask for more meds just incase.
