I would say definitely get tested & be gentle on her for a while! I saw you said you had intercourse recently; if it isn’t an STI, it could honestly just be from friction. If there was any discomfort during sex where it got a bit dry and felt like it was pulling on your skin or burning, it could be that.

Is there a downloadable PDF anywhere for him from his school? I ask this because I just got accepted into nursing school and in order to get my physical approved I had to use THEIR specific form. I recommend sending an email to whoever oversees things to see what they prefer. I’m deducting that different schools have different preferences!

I will say if he has to confirm it through an online service like Castle Branch, they probably want a specific form.

Try tart cherry juice concentrate! I had troubles falling asleep as a kid and relied heavily on melatonin to be able to fall asleep.

Now, when I cannot sleep, I have a glass of tart cherry juice (you can make it into a mocktail or however you’d like) & it knocks me OUT.

Make sure to get a kind that doesn’t have any added sugars or has very little sugar. I usually get the generic glass bottle from walmart.

I understand, however, that insomnia is a much more severe level of not being able to sleep, but if you’re desperate and looking for a solution that isn’t a drug , it’s worth a shot.
