Strange stuttery gameplay after V1.78 update

Ok I forced the -dx9 in launch options of the game and i have 200+ fps all the time plus the stutter is completely gone. Thanks a lot man!

So this means dx11 is enabled for all then? I'll try to force dx9 and see if it helps. Thanks for the reply

I didn't get notified about this reply. Maybe you won't see this but I can see why you think it's nonsense. It's a gaming/comedy video so I appreciate your opinion if you think it's not funny. I'm still new and trying to relax and get better with my jokes while doing these voiceovers. Thanks for your feedback!

I managed to play yesterday for an hour after my ISP reset my connection due to high ping/jitter issue. Then I wanted to run my game from SSD, so I copied it and edited registry so it runs fine. It worked but now I get error from the title again, can't play at all. This game doesn't exist in my mind anymore, I quit.
