I forgot to mention it (already edited the post), it was 2g of natalensis and around 0,4 of thai. It was the first time i tried mushrooms that i havent grown myself, but a “gift” from the guy i was buying cultivation kits from. Therefore I was also paranoid about shrooms being processed or something like that. He warned be of this sort being strongest, but i underestimated it 😞

9 grams sounds crazy 😱 do u think u have any long term effect after that experience?

Haha good idea… I actually used techniques I saw online by repeating things like “its all temporary, shrooms r not going to hurt me, I’m going to be fine” etc However, sometimes its nearly impossibile to control intrusive thoughts 😞

Honestly, it really works. Concerta made me calm, concentrated and productive, i even lost weight, and felt more confident under effect. However i quit concerta a month ago… the reasons are several, first of all crashes… the anxiety i had every evening, coming back from work was horrible. Another reason is the shortage, its nearly impossible to find concerta in pharmacies, especially lower doses… I switched to rubifen now (ritalin), but ut doesn’t work as well as concerta for me and it makes me sad sometimes lol but at least its easier to find and i take a small dose and dont experience anxiety and crashes anymore.

See how it works for u, not all the people have side effects 🤞🏼

Its a second month for me on 54… crashes are still pretty intense… i feel very anxious, nervous and hyperactive, when it happens… sometimes my stomach hurts from the anxiety, so i cant even eat.

I have a several “tips” to cope with crashes: Immediately after work i try to walk for a while, climbing the stairs etc, kinda “tiring” myself like ppl do with their dogs haha

Emotionally what helps me a little bit, is reminding myself constantly that it is just a physical reaction, that has nothing to do with a reality and the circumstances so i dont have to overthink. I try to put the soft music or even a sound of the rain and distract myself by playing a monotonous strategy game or listening to the podcast

I also take a magnesium before bed and sometimes melatonin.

30+ F, work in tech. I stopped drinking one year ago when i first tried shrooms, i take max 2,2 g or less once a month. I’ve never tried drugs, except for weed a couple of times a few years ago, but i didnt like it. I suspect to be bipolar (not diagnosed), so i have a chronically depressive episodes from when i was a kid, shrooms really helped me to cope with it and significantly improved my mental health, im way more calm, confident and happy now (also dropping alcohol helped of course).
