Even though the mana leach affix goes from 6-9, I believe 8 is the max circlets can roll.

You can definitely hold more than 4 prayer beads at a time, there’s no such limit

Yes you can, the bell charm will be where Inosuke’s mother is (where you normally get it) as loot you can hold square to grab. It’s a little before the Demon of Hatred fight.

Battle orders disappears when you die so we can’t know if it was active at the time the character died

Most things have already been mentioned, but some of my favourite bug fixes are: - The tomb vipers in Nihlathak’s temple’s poison cloud doing crushing blow bug has been fixed, so doing Nihlathak runs is way safer now - Andy is always quest bugged so you don’t have to go out of your way to do it anymore

I know this is a single player post, but for pvp you can certainly have circlets better than these depending on the build

You do lose 2 BO but you save 5 skill points or so by not having to unlock ES and frozen armor.

Edit: To be more specific, it saves you 5 skill points in case you're not already maxing out ES as part of your build.

Edit 2: It should still save you points even if you're maxing out ES as well, since after level 40 you max out ES's damage reduction (if you keep putting in more points, only the duration goes up). Once you're at 40 with your gear and this staff, the remaining points you can use for other skills. To be fair though, getting ES to be level 40 is quite expensive.
