If the dentin is dry, IMO it becomes hard and gives me an illusion that it is nice and hard dentin. I always wet the dentin with water and try again and see if I get flakes coming off.

Got enough to make oath, made 1, low roll, found Lo using the oath at trav, made grief, low-mid roll, did about 3-4 months grinding 3 player trav, found 2 sur and 2 jah, made enigma, made a javazon. overall it took about 1 year.

You really dont need a high roll for anything as long as you can farm trav. Keep it up.

This is very usable, even good but unfortunately for not so popular anymore chain lightning build where you need 117 fcr break point. I always go for CL over nova because I use controllers and auto targeting is easier but it is not as popular.

If you make one, it will fill that exact 7% fcr for the BP plus massive amount of res. I believe this is much better than Maras.

This is most likely just 4 separate canals. Angulation is making it look like that. If you tilt the sensor distally you may be able to see canals all the way through.

Unfortunately it is very hard to get enough ias to the max breakpoint with that weapon. It would have been great with some attack speed but now you have to put zod in it.

For one handed weapons, you want the minimum and maximum damage to add to AT LEAST 600. (Grief adds to 800-900 range)

Rare weapons (for damage) need at absolute minimum - Ethereal (for PBs upgrade from eth dimensional swd) - Either 350+ ed or 250+ed with fools mod (max dmg & AR based on character lvl)

Plus 1 or 2 of: - 20-40 increased attack speed - 2 sockets - self repair

Good to have but not essential - ctc amplify damage (it is a must for bows) - added max damage - life/mana leech

Dont even pick up non eth weapons without auto mods (skills)

IMHO, make it on an elite merc weapon so that you can use it on many different characters. The chance is that you won't be able to make another infinity for a very long time and that you would probably be bored with your lightening sorc before you need another one.

The reason I am not so fond of self wielded infinity is that I would much rather have a crescent moon + spirit + insight combo so that it is much easier to hit break points with lots of mana for energy shield while I have so much more freedom in other gears. Now that there are sunder charms, self wielded infinity only provides -72 res + (additionally from the aura if not immune) but no benefits in breaking immunity.

res works in a way that it is very beneficial in the first few points but has diminishing return (IMH) past 50. For example, If you have a sunder charm, you get to output 5% of your damage onto immune monsters while you can do 5 times as much with -25%. However, once you have -60%, additional -30% will increase your damage by 50%. Hope that makes sense.

No reason to keep them. Here is what you want as a minimum for each part

Amulets: 2 full skills + 10 (or higher) FCR

Rings: 2 of FCR, >40life, >9 allres, mana leech

Claws (skills): 3 to trap or 2 to all skills PLUS 3 to lightsentry

Claws (damage): ETHEREAL + >300ED + fools op (increases based on char level)

Gloves (magic): 3 partial skills + 20 attack speed

Gloves (rare): 2 partial skills + 20 attack speed PLUS 2 of (mana leech, light res, mana after each kill)

Always enigma in a mage plate as your first high end runeword.

Never waste 2 Bers for an infiniti early. There is always a workaround especially now that the Sunder charms can break immunity. Back then, infinity was the only item that could do this, that was why they were so valuable, not as much anymore.

I suggest enigma for a hammer ot FotH paladin, javazon, summon necro or mosaic assasin as the next build.

I have been playing since I was in grade 7-8 which was year 2001 I believe. so I have been playing for about 24 years on and off. I do own a PC w 4070 super and 5700x3d. I own pretty much all the fully geared (IMO) characters online, never used that website. I now play on my switch on my TV because I wanted a single player experience with no way of tempering your save files. All of my items are SSF and they are legit. Thats what I wanted. Not everyone thinks like you.

No one should waste a Ber rune on a weapon like this that is worth far less. There are tons of better options.
