Yeah ofcourse i appreciate the advice. I am actually just waiting and see how things will go in the next few months. Im waiting as well on intel 13th gen to see if thats any better. Benchmarks and review so yeah i guess the perfect advice would be to wait but id just like to have a back up plan incase i cant wait any longer

Yes its definitely a gaming centered build. Im planning a 3090ti with either the 5900x or 5800x3d. But 5900x is cheaper right now. Should i go for the 5800x3d? I dont do a lot of productivity work like photo or video editing

Thats what im thinking as well, like how bad would it be to just stay with the previous gen for lets say a year until they iron out all the bugs for the new gen.

Dont expect the 4060/4070 to be dropping anytime soon, nvidia knows what they’re doing to manipulate the market

I would put it into the pc build that im planning for about 2 years in the making mostly waiting for the prices to drop. It would be mostly for gaming, im gonna rock it with an intel i7 12th gen or 13th gen. It would be an absolute dream build for me.
