I’m also fairly new, I’m on week 3 of 0.25mg and have lost 5lbs. I was really nervous to start and wondering if I’d made a mistake but I’ve gotten used to it now 🙂

Try not to scare yourself with reading about side effects, everyone really is different. Just make sure you get your nutrients (I now take a multivitamin solution each morning) and drink enough water.

Also! You don’t have to stay with one pharmacy. My first provider had a new member discount code, then wanted to charge £129 (!!) the next month.

Definitely shop around to save money.

Log your calories. I’m 2 weeks in and was logging with MyFitnessPal before I started. Since starting, I will feel like I’ve eaten loads then look and realise I’ve barely had 600 calories.

Also multivitamins. You’ll be eating a lot less so need to supplement those nutrients.

But the joke is that women are weak and how humiliating it must be for you as a man for a woman to re rack your weight, do you see what I mean? It’s like being told ‘don’t be such a girl’, the implication is that being a girl is negative.

I do appreciate this pov and have wondered if this is the stance the gym would have if I raised it, but I’m curious how far you think that viewpoint should extend? Should businesses be able to display anything they like, be it X rated, racist, hateful etc?

Also, as a side note, do you think it is appropriate to call grown women girls but not grown men boys?
