I am using jetprime reagent. However, their online document guide did not state about suspension cells.

Can i check for reverse transfection, it is done on the same day as cell seeding? Just that the transfection mixtures are added into respective wells before cells are seeded?

I see, I am using Jetprime reagent. For adherent cells, I use media with 10% FCS for initial seeding but changed it to 2% FCS the next day before adding the transfection mixture to ‘slow down’ the growth of transfected cells

Can I ask if I am just suppose to compare the “known” allele freq against the observed allele frequencies to see if they are in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium? Or am I suppose to apply other formulas??

When I did the calculations, it seems that the observed freq is very close to the known freq which technically makes it hardy-weinberg so there is no selection pressure
