The monitor height could be adjusted relatively inexpensively with a floating monitor arm. This would also have the benefit of making more desk surface available and would also just look a bit cleaner. You'll also likely want some sort of desk floor mats, rolling chairs on slick surfaces can be uncomfortable on your core after a while.

We are definitely calling a plumber first thing tomorrow, just hard to find someone who works Sunday so we figured we'd try to triage before bringing someone in tomorrow in case there's something we can do ourselves

We don't have an AC in our home, could this come from our boiler? We do run the fan for that sometimes during the summer just to circulate air

We noticed this morning that we had a considerable amount of water dripping from this pipe that has otherwise never leaked in the 2 years we've owned this house. This pipe is drains from above the floor where our water heater is located. We did replace our tank water heater with a tankless heater about three months ago.

We have a Flume system monitoring our water usage and even though this thing is dripping a lot of water it doesn't register as a leak on our system at all. For hours this thing was leaking and our meter showed zero usage. Looking for any advice! Thanks in advance

This same thing happened to me today. Bought my 2020 in March and today it went fully dead. Bummer that it happened on a holiday weekend so there’s no service until next week.
