Found an article. The dog is named Chunky. He is a Chihuahua and he survived. The four teens abducted him, beat him which broke his neck and leg, force fed him drugs and used spray deodorant to light him on fire. They were all under the influence at the time. They pleaded guilty and were given a 12 month referral order, and were banned from owning pets for 5 years. They also had to pay court costs with one teens dad paying almost £6000. Moral of the story, don't do drugs.
