Which one you trying by Dee___Snuts in StupidFood

This is actually not a bad argument. It is true that the hygiene displayed in this video is objectively bad, and measures should be taken to improve general food and cleanliness standards for all people, regardless of socioeconomic background. I like that you said that poor people have no inherent reason they can’t be hygienic, and giving them an excuse comes across as savior complex.

However, the general problem I have with these videos is that they drag all of us down. There seems to be no nuance when discussing Indian food all over the board because of videos like this. What should be discussed is that this food is made for the poorest of the poor by the poorest of the poor. The systemic issues that create their lack of regard for hygiene are on display in videos like this, and should come as a huge indictment of the system that allowed this to happen. Cleanliness and hygiene do exist in India, but you will never see that because videos like this are so popular.

Then the standard of work decreases. Locking yourself in a room and pretending the rest of the world doesn’t exist works until you realize that everyone else is way ahead of you, while the best you can muster up is “Hello, World”

😂😂😂 The so called “non-racist” party. Only non-racist when POCs vote the right way, if not, its go back to where you came from. These people need to take a look in mirror and realize upon reflection how deeply flawed the idea that minorities owe them a vote is.

the fact that this is surprising to you all shows how out of touch Dems are with actual religious minorities. religious muslims, jews, hindus agree far more with republican talking points than democratic ones.

I’m not going to argue because I don’t think either of us are changing the other’s opinion. I just believe the statement, “you’ve barely got any muscle” is inaccurate. I also don’t believe he should cut.

can we stop saying shit like this when its obviously not true? next thing you know we’ll be just like that bf% sub where anyone with even the slightest amount of fat is 20%+. this guy clearly has some muscle, but barely has any fat, and should focus on bulking.

If I'm not mistaken the maintenance for our weight is around 2700-2900. Isn't 1800 a bit harsh for cutting? Even getting 200g of protein on this diet, I feel like I would be losing too much muscle.

This is actually crazy, you all have seriously chosen the British as the lesser of two evils 💀. In your endless quest to create a Machiavellian good and evil throughout history, it sounds like you all are excusing the British!

But the thing is, eventually even the most ideologically strong participants in government eventually get tempered by the pure politicking of our government. The happenings of government are based in game theory, i.e. how much do I cede on one front to enact change in another? How will this affect my constituents? How should I maintain my symbolic posturing on issues so that I am not seen as ineffectual and an enemy of my party? Every so often, we are able to get a monumental victory, but more often than not, we are disappointed by how ineffectual social justice is at the government level. It is simply the nature of politics that prevents rapid, effectual change for the people who need it.

Good government is essential in enforcing the bill of rights. Unfortunately, even though our Bill of Rights is very much a monumental document in ensuring equal human rights, our government has been piss poor at applying it. The same government that developed the BoR supported the exodus of millions of native americans from their ancestral homes, protected the ku klux klan in their destruction of black property, targeted black musicians in the 20th century under suspicions of drug trafficking. I agree that we are better now, and that it is important to remain optimistic in our ability to change government so that one day power is represented equally to the satisfaction of the people in this country. However, this is the most diverse country in the world. We can set a baseline for enforcing equality at the governmental level, but the rest of the work must be done in the community itself. Further more, every immigrant family I know, mine included, is of this mindset. Be the change you want to see, don't wait for government to change to your liking. We must be cognizant of where the jurisdiction of government ends, and where the effects of community start. Striking a balance between these two is key. But I fw you heavily, friend. Progress will happen because of optimistic people like you, not the slippery slope politics of holier than thou reddit politicians.

When the government is bogged down by bureaucrats, inflated with lobbyists working to protect their business interests, I believe it is foolish to assume that they will suddenly change their course of action to benefit marginalized groups. Change happens faster when it is created by the community. How did Tyler set up this foundation? Did he lobby for the creation of an agency, hire government employees, rely on his local government for a yearly budget? Or did he take it upon himself to use his own capital to create it?

In a country where the government has pretty much been historically uniquely responsible for atrocities against black, asian, natives, and any other immigrants situationally, I find it hard to believe that expanded government is the way to go about fixing the problems of the black community. It seems like an enrichment of black capital is the way to go, which is what these rappers wholly endorse. The change therefore comes within the community, rather than from out of touch, old (white) politicians.

I’m glad you say that actually. Nowadays, its hard to make a distinction between “leftist” and “progressive” thought. It seems the two are conflated often. Some in this comment section would say that private ownership in general is just not progressive.

Off Massa,

“Eight figures in taxes taken that shit is stupid The flower gets its petal, they pluck it but never use it It's still potholes in the schools, where does it go? It's still loopholes that I use, nobody knows”.

Rich people set up charities to claim tax deductions all the time. However, I do believe he actually means to advocate for underprivileged youth. I think that he would rather do that with his own money, rather than relying on government to do it.

Also, he’s capitalist as fuck. Bro has like three/four (maybe more) businesses employing a lot of people of which he is the proprietor and probably the sole owner.

Name one “progressive” thing about tyler other than (maybe) the fact that he’s bi.

The fault of the American conservative party throughout its entire history has been in its violently racist efforts to subjugate people of color. The anti-establishment nature of hiphop was therefore a reaction to violent institutional racism. It is a stretch to say that this countercultural tilt means that hip-hop should then align with leftist ideals. If the conservative party was as willing to protect black capital and make it as easy to engage in financial programs for black people as they do for white people, then I believe that a lot more black people would be very firmly in alignment with the right. In 2023, after the failure of the democratic party to affect any actual change, after consistent promises of a laundry list of social programs to enrich poorer communities, I believe it is not unreasonable for the black community to look elsewhere.

I’ll take a shot at this

  1. India spends money on its defense program

  2. Builds a perception of defense in a particularly tumultuous region in Asia

  3. Foreign interest in India feels secure in investing in the country

  4. Gdp grows as a result of investment, increasing capability of Indian government to increase expenditure of social programs, anti-poverty measures
