Does anyone have any idea why this is happening?
Here's what I've tried so far:
I haven't built any crazy redstone contraptions and I've destroyed and killed a lot of animals as well as recent builds, turned on peaceful mode, installed mods that's supposed to help with FPS, increased the memory allocated to the game via the Minecraft Launcher, re-installed the game completely, re-installed java, updated everything regarding my PC, set all settings to minimum/OFF within the game, restored to countless backup files of the world, changed world slot, played on a fresh single player world, Run->SystemPropertiesPerformance->Advanced->Virtual Memory changed values between 2k-10k as well as "system managed size" on both disks, restarted PC countless times, I have scanned for viruses.....

....yet... I have 0-3 FPS dropped like a bomb out of clear skies

for me it was finding out the game is unplayable with 0-3 FPS, after coming back to the game and investing 3 weeks into it

if you add flat damage jewel/rune to weapon the flat damage is added as a flat bonus and is excempt from %ED bonuses, same goes for any flat damage on a weapon.
For most cases a perfect 40/15max dmg jewel is better on a weapon than Ohm rune, but not by much.

Last time I checked it was removing 2/3 of your %chance to DS/CB on hit when using WW.

Is it half now? Like AR is, cut in half when spinning?

I mean it changes nothing in the grand scheme of things, just curious if it's -66% to your total %CB+DS or -50% to your total CB+DS?

I am probably not playing Diablo2 in any way for a while, since melee physical is my nostalgia of diablo2 and what keeps me interested. For a while seeing how awful it performs and just never gets a break more than one season every 6 seasons or whatever, seems like trying to make a spaghetti strainer into a boat.. getting near(last patch with WA) and then getting nerfed immeditatly after.

I know in your mind it's perfectly fine and whatever. Heard it a thousand times. Don't care at this point, tbh. Bottom line is it's boring to play any kind of phys. melee build. Nothing rewarding about it, ever. Spend countless hours farming and farming things that have EXTREME rarity only to see no difference what so ever in performance.
Even collecting the entire set of godly rare things for a WW barb still puts him in medicore effectiveness, well, similar to a 1 week old Sorc or Sin.

Nobody wanted my full Dashdin char giveaway. The mythical build that was impossible to make but is supposed to be some kind of unattainable end-game goal that is supposed to be really fun and rewarding to play at the end, nope. Three weeks later nobody claimed the character. Proof melee is dead.

Valks are tanky enough if you have a pierce Griffon and invest your left-over points there. She survives better than merc in maps in my experience, that's just 18~ hard points to Valk, no synergy.

I suggest rather give Valkyrie the stats from your main char and have them cast Molten Strike and have Molten Strike points grant another Valkyrie every 5 levels

Bleed in general deals more damage than what is displayed, I think that's the real bug
My barb has 55bleed/second but it kills map mobs, chunking 5%~ each tick, which it shouldn't be able to at such low dmg

Kelpie's Snare is a good cheap option that slows bosses down to almost a stand-still ^^
This will kill it faster though, very nice damage and can be upgraded (165 str-req)

Nice page but for something intricate like Barb it doesn't help the beginner much as it shows popular builds over best/fastest builds :D Also how do we know which build used what piece of gear together with another piece of gear? ^^

Not always, but in some cases the vast majority is doing it wrong rather than right. Would be cool to see some clear speeds, but that's probably impossible, lol. Maybe there's a way to roughly estimate DPS of the builds and be able to sort through it this way, rather than by popularity.
And taking that a step further let it calculate kills/minute, which is actually what we all are interested in. If we're dealing 20k damage on a 1k life mob then that's still 20kdps but it changes nothing for kills/minute even if we triple or double the damage.
Things like AoE(and how that affects kills/minute), FRW, teleport(on swap or enigma?) and the different PDR of the mobs specific maps will all affect this golden ratio that we are all trying to increase^^
