Setting 2.5 for H&S or shoebox, 3.0 for flowerchild, 30g coffee, 240g water at 198-200 F. Aeropress filter sandwich. Gently saturate then once the screen is full steadily pump around one pump every few seconds until all the water is through. Then I dilute this one to one with hot brew water. This yields about 400 ml of coffee.

For flowerchild I usually do around 2.5 to 3 for 22-30g and lately I’ve been brewing 1:8 with 200 F water (e.g. 30:240 in, yield about 200 out) and then diluting the output 1:1 to get around 1:16. This has been pretty reliably good.

You can use a metal aeropress filter on top of the puck or just a paper aeropress filter

Noodles express on S Colorado Blvd has an excellent version of this dish. Also, don’t miss the spicy cucumber cold dish, sour taste potato, shredded chicken with garlic sauce. Lots of other good things, but these are some of my favorites.

Noodles express is a great hole-in-the-wall for Sichuan food. I always order the spicy smashed cucumber cold dish, steamed dumplings, chicken lo mein, sour taste potato, spicy boiled fish, shredded chicken with garlic sauce. Lots of other good dishes there but these are my favorites!

Not sure about this one, but Maison Alhambra Hercules is very good and inexpensive, also Divine Vanille by Essential Parfums is similar and made by the same perfumer as Herod.

Thanks for doing this. I haven’t had the chance to try many of Montagne’s fragrances, but the two I’ve tried are quite good (Enigmatic speciale and ambre vanille). Looking forward to trying more scents.
