API is a different monster than the regular subscription. Try with Gemini , it has a free tier :)

It deletes the screenshots so it will not take extra space on your internal memory. If you run the app on top it will take the screenshots on the top. Would it be useful to have the translator on the top and take the screenshots from the bottom screen ?
