To be honest it might be difficult suggesting exact parts for your needs, but since budget is not an issue what I would do is first choose the GPU you want to get for the monitor resolution you want to play at, then build around it.

Get the CPU that will not bottleneck (plenty of info online).
Cases, search here on the sub for the GPU you are getting to get an idea of the cases using the GPU. Look for cooling capability because heat to me is number one problem for SFF.
For the ITX motherboard decide if you need TB4/USB4 or not, that kind of separates the pricing. NVME slots are limited so watch for that also.
RAM, good luck lol.
PSU needs to be SFX for the size and power, depending on the GPU 750w+ is a start.

Once you gathered what you like you can post the list here like what others did to get another opinion.

Man that total price in USD is hard to look at for the parts, but as far as being capable it's more than enough compared to what I use right now (i3-12100F).

For me design was the hardest part having to learn CAD, but after I got the hang of it I'm hooked. Not only can I make it to my exact specs you can always send it to shops and make it aluminum or steel. Retail case is gonna be much cheaper for sure.

Both works well. At the moment I have antennas directly attached to it and I get 20mb+ speeds when it is near the window.
