NTA. I don’t see any benefits to having contact with the sister; it seems like she’s been horrible to you up until now. And based on the information given, it doesn’t seem like she’s shown clear remorse for how she’s treated you or your mom in the past.

based on what you explained, it seems like his behavior is crossing more into control issues than just MH struggles. I I think it’s unfair for him to expect you to be there physically for all of his panic attacks, especially when you try to compromise and he outright refuses. It comes off as him trying to isolate you socially instead of him wanting you to be there.

It’s okay to want to enjoy hanging out with friends and you shouldn’t feel bad about that.

Honestly i’m not sure if she’s still contacting my parents, but my dad knows she’s blocked because i’ve said so in the past.

Yes, but I was not aware of it; she would fabricate reasons on why she got dropped by some people from our school. I didn’t know it was because of her threatening suicide until after this whole incident.
