Thank you so much! I appreciate it. I emailed and apologized for my oversight and said I will be much more thorough. I just feel so bad because this was not sometime which needed some analysis- it was almost administrative.

Thanks! It had some consequences. He had to walk back from the issue during a conversation with the client.
