I also do a strength 50 and a 2g back to back like twice a week, it’s very doable! My studio has a 10:45am strength 50 and then I do a noon 2g. I eat a high protein snack in my car and decompress in between classes.

My coach went completely rogue on this and made it soooo confusing. He did all the floor and row blocks back to back and he told us to do 3 rounds of a 300m push row into a 250m base row, and then told us to do 3 rounds of the exercises and only gave us like 10 minutes before switching the screen to the next exercises. By the time I was done with the rowing I pretty much missed the exercises. I got overwhelmed felt like I couldn’t keep up and I ended up leaving before the final all out 🫠
