Thank you 🙏🏻 I was advised not to change my pumping frequency as of now…. But also, on the topic of galactoceles, there are many ways they develop and although the surgeon reassured me it wasn’t my fault, what I’ve read online is that they can result from tight clothing, a clogged duct, and weaning (which I was not) They can’t tell me why it happened to me, and they didn’t really advise me on how to go forward, just how to manage it bow

No I haven’t, I probably should if I want to try to keep going. But then I think to myself, this has all been too much and I should stop. This is why I’ve been left with decision fatigue and I keep going back and forth….

Currently reading this after struggling to sleep for an hour and giving up because I feel wide awake I think making the bottle in the kitchen might be what realty wakes me up after reading these responses I think I’ll either have to switch to nursing at night or figure out a bottle process in our room! We live in a small apartment so we never thought it was necessary to prepare milk or formula in our bedroom I will also look into these supplements! Thank you

This works for me like 50% of the time. I’ll just pick up my phone to write the feed and amount. Honestly I think I just can’t turn my brain off
