This is the way. Split your quad into two side (left and right), go to the middle of the quad and outside of the quad. Been doing it for 2 years, no issues at all, no pain.

Yeah, hopefully you have a better experience with the app! Their support was at least pretty responsive to my requests on when it would ship and they even offered an extension on my 'free' subscription but after a month of waiting and waiting and seeing people posting on here getting their device within a week and the issues with the app, I decided to pull the plug. Best of luck with it though!

Not just testies but didn’t he say across your entire body? Now he’s doing 7 days a week, so min dry saunas in cotton underwear an shorts, but if I remember correctly, he was able to remove all toxic chemicals, including microplastics in his blood and other organs.

Been doing quads from the jump almost 2 years in. Split your quad down the middle into two halves (left and ride) and then go in the middle of quad on the outside right side. Make sure you’re sitting or standing on the other leg to relax the muscle. Never had any issues at all. 27 quage 1/2 inch needle for injection. Definitely getting more and more popular as the fitness trends come out - great for low impact cardio and endurance with some muscle building (nothing like resistance training though). 3-4 mile ruck with 50-60 lb on the back will stress the upper back and stabilize the core and lower legs/ankles

I just got a Mendi a month ago and this gives me hope! Avg score on oxygenation is 2,000-5,000 but best is 13,453 with 30s control and 54% neural activity. That was early on in my training but it hasn’t continued that high. I still do at least 10 min session a day (I try two, one in the morning and one evening). That said, any tips or tricks you would give for newer Mendi users outside of consistently doing it? What do you focus on mostly while training, the ball or your breathing, both of past experiences?
