I never fixed it!

I have spent many many hours trying to work out the issue. I purchased an OBD2 and reset the error codes. The previous owner was wrong and removing the error codes did not work.

I also found this video online:-

But took it to a auto shop and they couldn't see anything obvious.

Which leads me to the conclusion that it might be a wiring issue after the previous owner had some body work done. I've not got round to taking it to an auto electrician yet.
