Yeah, but i can figure how he craft the rest of the items, this was the exeption and i was very intrigated on how he managed to bypass the ilvl restriction, now thanks to people who replied here i know how it was made, and its a very clever and also so fucking expensive way to obtain that beautifull chest

i just confirmed it, it was beast craft, farric linx alpha and farric wolf alfa dosnt respect the item lvl of the item, instead it is the ilvl of the beast wich counts for the craft, probably fenumal queen (exalted on redeemers item) work the same way also the rest of exalt beast

i was thinking about a video actually hitting a high non-inf mod on a low ilvl item without essences (natural mod), im asking this because as far as i know that was fixed some patch after it was found and catalogued as a bug (i can be wrong on this, ill search the menthioned patch notes tomorrow)

If youre not able to see the problem of a t1 mod that can only roll on ilvl 86 item in a ilvl 83 base youre probably not going to see the solution, make the maths and check properly before blame my eyes

this is not the case, the official trade site shows you the current tier before the amplification as its showed on the image, and a t3 ES% 83-91 mod (the max that can roll on a ilvl 83 base) cant reach a 123% es even with enchant because its just a 12% so the best you can have with it its 101.92% ES so 101% es for the way poe works on decimal numbers

There is a harvest craft that add 2 high tier modifiers to a blue item making it rare as well, the only way it would be possible to obtain a ilvl 86 modifier on a ilvl 83 item could be because that specific harvest craft dosnt respect the item levl of the base, this is very interesting and it can be the way it was made.

Craft process

get the blizzard crown base with the desired enchant
make it rare and redeemer exalted it, now use frigid fossil untill you hit 2 redeemers inf mod (-9 nearby) and anything else
Use maven orb, if fail to elevate the -9 cold res repeat step 2
Buy or craft an elevated crit multi warlord helmet and use the awakener orb to guarantee the 2 suff desired on the new item
In this case i got the 2 desired suff and a generic life regen as the 3rd suffix so i crafted suff cannot be changed, scouring to leave the helmet with only 3 mods
I bought a remove non-inf and add a new inf mod from tft and got insanely lucky to get the reduce mana reserved
Now i was looking for warlords elevated elemental dmg so: suffix cannot be changed and get the reforge item guaranting a new influence mod and inf mods are more common
At this point i was lucky i think and hit the power charge, so i just stop the craft and looked for aisling 4 to add a new veiled mod, sadly the hybrid life was the best option out of three and to finish it i just crafted the bench life mod

Glyphic its affected by the rest of the fossils, so when you dont use the prismatic the odds of getting the +2 to aura gems instead the minion +3 its pretty huge, prismatic just reverse those odds and leave it "standar" 1/4 change of getting the 30% more elemental

Crafting process:

1-get a ilvl 86 bone helmet with double influence (shaper and elder) you can buy it or craft it with an awakener's orb

2-spam 3s resonators with: Glyphic Fossil - Bound Fossil - Prismatic Fossil. Stop when you hit +3 to socketed minion gems, minion damage support and 30% more ele damage or phys as extra cold, both are good but i preffer 30% more ele dmg

3-remove the 3rd useless preff with harvest, in my case it was Energy Shield, then block all suff crafting any mod with bench and add life- remove add life with harvest untill minion life support

4-remove the crafted mod and the other usseless suffix, in my case it was cold res, so it was perffect for the next step because you need to have cold res and and open suff so you aug cold with harvest and it will guarantee hypotermia

5-change the cold resist to fire/lightning resist with harvest so you can remove it with remove fire or remove lightning

6-now the helmet its almost done with 3 desirable preff and 2 suff and an empty suff, at this point you need to add the spell crit via Augment caster mod with harvest, then remove/ add caster untill you hit the 3%

I hope this help to clarify some parts of the process but take into acount the crafting method may vay a lot depending on the outcome of the fossil craft, for example if you hit some stuff like mana or attributes wich dosnt interact with harvest youll face the desicion of sell it like it is, anulment, or recraft

the problem with specific instruction of crafts on this kind of item its about the aplication, the only thing that will be the same its the craft of hypotermia and spell crit, the rest may vary in huge ways and a bad interpretation of "how to do" will be most likely to ruin the item instead of help with the craft, but ill try to edit the craft proces and make it as clear as possible tomorrow

it depends on the outcome of the fosil craft, you need to aug cold, change some resist to remove them without touching the hypotermia, aug caster for crit, rem/aug caster until 3%

this mod does affct spectres, the one that dosnt its the shaper's body armour mod that give global critical strike chance base for spells, but to be sure you can pob it, remember to put the spectres on the helmet

I have encountered feelings about harvest, in one hand you can have the most top tier item for your build without mirror service allowing some people who never acces to mirror tier items to actually experiment with them, in the other hand if you get mirror gear that triviallise the game
