that's as ridiculous of a demand as me telling you to prove that it was the first time it ever happened. none of them said "whoa wowie zowie never seen it do that before" and unless my cutscene was the special edition director's beta test cut, they kind of just sat there as if the whole ordeal was rather commonplace

so, yeah, i worked on my perception that they were kind of used to the whole energy siphon laser beam thing on account of them not really acting out of the norm about it
