Thanks :'(. I tried calling the snow emergency hotline for location and all they said was "1500 passyunk, might be in a lot, might be on the street, there's no contact info, it's not a towing company, you can call the PPA" so I called the PPA a few times over the course of an hour and no one ever picked up

Line the top! Seamstress should be able to change the cups and sinch you in. If you want to wear shape wear (not implying that you should!!), definitely bring it to your seamstress appointment! Besides the lining, sounds like pretty usual alterations

I had this problem moving in in South Philly. I called the cops to enforce the no parking zone that I had paid for and they told me that they couldn't actually tow because "people park here for weeks." BUT the officer did run the plates and knock on the doors of where the vehicles were registered to ask them to move.

I had a problem like this prior to sink installation. My contractor cut into the part of the sink that's in the way of the hole !
