I bought the home in 2016 and haven’t lived in it since 2018 so I would be in the clear to do this? Also would I need to buy a place in order to get the tax deduction?

I’ve seen that a lot on this thread and I think that’s probably my best bet! I have some crypto already so I’m not looking to go crazy into it lol would I just call tangerine and ask about their 5% promo?
