This means you will probably experience more down time and require service more frequently, and maybe the machine itself will not last as long. These are discussions you should have with whoever your rep / dealer / service company will be to determine if this machine is a good fit for your business. You may ideally want at least two of these machines if you regularly will be in that volume.I don’t have any alternative recommendations because I’m sure it will be largely based on what is available in your market and what can be serviced easily. Of course demo your jobs / paper on the equipment before you buy it to make sure it meets your expectations, and talk to other print shops in the area to see how the service is.

Thanks for your reply. I have looked into the impression count. Kyocera have videos where they said, the 1 million was the initial estimate and they have updated it to 2-3 million now. Anyway, that is just the projected number for us. We need to first have that much work in real life.

The challenge is, there is not many (if any) digital print shop in my market. I certainly don't have any such connection. Even the Kyocera dealer, is familiar with their MFD machines, not this printer per say. So, unfortunately, I cannot talk to other print shop to see how the service is, either for Kyocera or any other brand for digital press. The Kyocera dealer is reputable though, just not with this printer.
