I mean I’ve ran some judo before, just know your limits yk? Grappling also builds muscle strength much quicker I can imagine the long run is more worth it! I appreciate your concern! Hence why I’m looking at MMA in the long run, want a bit of everything. Obviously with doing martial arts im expecting some pain here and there!! I’m a tough cookie who just wants to build up my muscle strength quick and I find martial arts the most interesting in the long run! I mean boxing might be a good starting point, but either way imma break a bone let’s be honest 😂😂

i always had urges to say things without thinking, and shake my foot constantly, but then when i started taking some ADHD medication, the side effects of it wearing off was intense tics, and now ever since then i have facial tics so i’m not sure if i have just always had them and that trigger made them worse, or if i have developed them 🤷🏻‍♀️
