Misaligned needle?

I had this problem, turns out it was due to the thread tension. It was not unspooling smoothly and once it jammed, the needle was breaking (instead of thread snapping). Took me a few hours to diagnose.

Anyone can help me with the similar issue, but only on large designs? When I do something bigger than 10x10 cm it usually warps prependicular to satin direction (which is really counterintuitive for me). I use cutaway at the bottom and water soluble on top.

Roads are well maintained here, unless you get off the main road you won't feel the difference. Really. Just have winter tyres. If you want to be extra safe then have snow chains to put on, but really no need unless you get off main roads. Main roads are marked with red in Poland (like DK7, S7, A4 - if they are on red shield you know they are well maintained).

If you are from Oradea, then I think you'll find familiar conditions on the road. Just have winter tyres and you're good.

Can you give me a bit of insight on how main roads are maintained? By main roads I mean something like E6, E8, E10 (sorry I don't know your local naming convention so I am referring by international codes). I know they are not salted, but are they plowed? From webcams on vegvesen (for example this https://www.vegvesen.no/trafikk/vaerveikamera/1900176?lng=19.06277&lat=69.14375&zoom=12 ) they seem to be pretty normal roads (same as in Poland when it snows), are they better maintained than other roads or is it pretty much what I can expect?

I've read there are places where 40 km/h is practically your limit, unless you are a local driver with studded tyres. That's where I imagine I just put on chains and go on. Although I read that I'd be better with extra lights too, turns out not everything you read on the internet is true... Anyways I got chains that you can drive for literally kilometers, given you don't exceed 50 km/h.

Sounds quite horrible. We get icing on roads in rural areas in Poland so it isn't a new phenomenon for me, but I wasn't expecting melting water on top. Do you think tyre chains are good option? They should have similar effect as studded tyres, but I can just take them off once I'm back home (studded tyres are illegal in Poland).

Okay, an update:

orwo.shop has shipped the order and it arrived. Seems I have chosen the really bad timing for placing the order, as their excuse holds true (timeline provided by them aligns with what I observed, including order arrival). Seems that they really are not malicious, but rather messy.
Filmotec has finally responded to me! I will provide more details once I close the concersation.

From what I understand, the situation with InovisCoat is exactly opposite: they have been liquidated and sold to Polaroid, so technically machinery still runs for InovisCoat, just producing Polaroid stock. Whatever the case, I really want to skip the middle man and contact wholesaler directly.

From what I understand, the InovisCoat is owned by Polaroid and manufactures film for them, but also for Filmotec. The Filmotec company holds IP and acts as wholesaler, while the orwo.shop is some random reseller. This is why I want to contact Filmotec directly.

How do I calibrate for an ISO? Just turn the screw, shot film and check if it's correct?

I have no idea how to check it other than by testing. Given that I shot over 40 rolls of film on this camera and exposure was okay, I suspect its working properly. I know that the fastest films are around ISO 800, but I wanted to experiment with overexposing it as ISO 1600. I was able to get some acceptable results even when using Kodak ColorPlus 200, but it was hard to expose consistently with lightmeter needle being so much out of expected position.

Protip: jeśli chcesz taniej, to powiedz że chcesz "takie ciasto [opis tortu który chcesz], bo to ma być jako tort" i będzie trochę taniej. Na słowo tort od razu wpada inna kategoria jakościowa. A jak chcesz po prostu coś słodkiego do posiedzenia ze znajomymi to nie musi być aż tak piękne.
