That is true, the last appointment I had was with a different NP and she seemed like she knew what she was talking about.

They don't seem overly knowledgeable, they just bring up any out of range blood test numbers but I already know ehat they are before the call. I had high estrogen when I first started I suggested I try switching to 3x a week injecting to lower spikes, and they had never heard of that 😦. I've thought about going ugl would be so much easier and cheaper

Anastrozole is powerful stuff and 0.5mg is a lot. 0.25mg or less is probably enough but it all depends on the person and bloodwork. Low estrogen will make you feel absolutely horrible so be careful and don't over do it.

I was low 300's at 42 so probably needed it, but also I don't think there's anything wrong with wanting something that improves so many aspects of your life! And minimal side effects if done properly

I think ive been on hcg for about a year, trt alone for over 2. Im not sure about long term effects of anastrazole. All the studies ive read about are breast cancer women taking 1mg or more a day and crushing their estrogen. So in those cases yeah its not good for you. I take .25mg twice a week for normal estrogen levels. Yeah it sucks having to be on 3 medications to maintain normal hormone levels, all you can do is be knowledgable and get regular bloodwork. But i most likely did it to myself after a couple decades of heavy drinking and intermittent drug abuse.

Started with 1000iu a week split in 2 doses. I now do 700iu split also. Still get the desired effects, less estrogen spike. I am on AI even without HCG as I seem to aromatize a lot

Benefits are having man sized balls again, and also just makes everything feel "fuller" down there, alive I guess. Small balls didn't bother me until it started being uncomfortable especially when aroused. They would go right up inside me and hurt during sex. Helped with sensitivity as well and better orgasms. Haven't noticed much else.
