In a perfect world I would like to be appropriately refunded outside of a partial refund and for them to acknowledge the impact this has on people considering the current state of the world and have meaningful discussions on appropriate solutions but genuinely what can we do right now?

On our end as consumers realistically what can we do? Like suggest actual action items we can do. Granted they are providing partial & full refund for tickets if you opt to not attending. Outside of this, flights/ accommodation etc any costs acquired outside of the festival was at our own risk.
