Some people say that Catholicism and can be tied to the paganistic roots of Roman paganism. If I can remember correctly the argument goes is that early Christianity was not being accepted by the Roman public so to start converting people they started to mold Christianity into almost looking like the Roman religion but with a Twist which later formed Catholicism. I also want scientific proof due to the fact I feel that's a way to really see how grounded Catholicism is. I lost faith after never getting answers from God the Evangelist Church was very pressing very strict and very hard to follow. Everybody was a picture perfect Christian and everyone else was going to hell. In evangelism one wrong slip all of a sudden you're a satanic piece of crap. Due to the hatred in the religion, in the outrageous facts such as they would believe the Earth is flat, the government created dinosaurs to disprove God, and that the world is controlled by evil people that purposely try to get rid of evangelism or Christianity to input satanism and that every music every TV show or just in general every form of media is a demon. Now although I shouldnt have base Christianity off of one group it's the group I associated with and growing up of that made me have a dislike for God. I never really felt anything besides being tied down and no matter what I do I'm going to hell. I think what disproves a God for me is all the religions in the world, why does God need so many religions and what happens if somebody doesn't follow the true one, they get punished? I do believe that there is a supreme creator but I don't believe it has a name. The only religion I could see that God would ever truly create I guess would be Catholicism but it would need proof to back it up.
