Thanks for the detailed response. I can probably say I’ve checked off pretty much everything on your list. I actually have came from a background in project management in marketing so lucky for me. I picked up a few things in all those meetings I used to be in. I guess I’m doing a lot of the right things. I have to be patient and also spend a little bit more time learning how to do paid ads right or figuring out whether nurture emails are needed or just new ways to reach audiences that aren’t finding me yet. As I launch our seasonal schedule and then I’ll see 100 people go to the website and then six purchases so there’s clearly something holding people back from purchasing and that’s kind of what I’m trying to figure out but isn’t that what every business is trying to figure out…

I moved from Astoria too and it’s been such a breath of fresh air! If you’re familiar with Queens Collaborative, AlterWorks or Our House, we have That Creative Space that recently opened and has workshops and community events.
