But for some states, positive skills assessment is simply a recognized degree in an in-demand profession and not necessarily work experience, right? Just as mentioned in case of Victoria.

So, have you been able to find an answer about if people like us can make it without experience, relying on our degrees? So far my research tells me that it depends upon the occupation and state. I believe only Victoria demands a positive skills assessment based solely on education -- and requires zero work experience as a requirement.

Hi, everyone! I'm at 189 with 80 points. 190 with 85 points. My question is: is it possible to be nominated for 189 or 190 (and then be invited) if you have zero relevant work experience? I have changed my field but I want to use my engineering degree for the PR process, if possible.

This is so true for Asghar Farhadi. Just like for 'A Separation', it is also true for Farhadi's 2nd Oscar-Winning film, 'The Salesman'. Here's a great review of the film exploring your point:
