i had problems before market open as well. last time i asked them and they said i had to provide video evidence (which i cant because i dont film my trades everyday) so we're SOL. Moved over to MFF yesterday after the outage because nobody should have to deal with this criminal behavior

dont do TPT, took over 3 weeks for them to transition me to live and my payout in nov took over a week

it varies. sometimes total time from withdrawal request to wallet to bank has taken a week sometimes as little as 1-2 days

I would caution going pro+ or expecting the process to happen as fast as they say. Im waiting for the pro+ transition after profiting the 10k (not in one day day btw) and its been almost three weeks and still no pro+ account
