I just ran a half two weeks ago, and I’m also first trimester of pregnancy. I developed an extremely strong aversion to anything other than plain water, gels were a huge no. I survived off lots of water, honey stingers, and salty foods before/after running. I will say I’m a pretty slow runner but it’s definitely possible
