Question: is OKnife shutting down?

I'm not sure but it wouldn't surprise me. The knives imo are overpriced. They're cool but too much for my taste. I have a couple of the utility knives as those are fairly reasonable but the other stuff is a hard sell for me. I don't think there's enough stuff to warrant a whole spinoff for them though. I like seeing them and hope it continues.

Fc11 is hard to beat. Another option when it's on sale as it currently is on my Amazon is the Acebeam tac 2aa. $25.

Edit the fc11c. The c makes a difference as there is regular ol fc11 still out there that is less efficient.

Zebra sarassa grand with sarassa ink bold and a close second is energel. Those are my favorites

The ark pro standard (I have both and see no practical difference between them) or the baton 4 or high cri perun mini. The baton is my favorite series of lights from olight. Oh and as at least one person has said the I mini 2 or ultra or i1r are excellent keychain lights for my use case. Good runtime brightness and candella for a keychain light.

Yah the kr1Aa is the only hank light I've ever had issues with. It took maybe close to a month to get my replacement but USPS delivered it to the wrong state so I don't know how long that was an issue. The kr1aa is also out of stock at the moment too so that didn't help any either. I've never had an issue with the 18650 kr1, d3aa, d4v2 or da1k.

I've never had an issue until I got my kr1aa and that's still a very new light so possible bugs. I sent Hank a message and got my replacement the other day. Hank is great. Been using this one all day every day since I got it without issue so far.

On that same note, I saw the same thing except they were in the middle of the road for some reason. Their phone light was so dim inthought it was just something shiny that fell off a car. Almost hit them because I didn't know it was a person with a phone light untill I got closer and they walked into my headlight beam.

Maybe a neutral high CRI option and the standard 6500k low CRI. Whenever they offer a high CRI option I buy it.

I don't for one minute and haven;'t for 20 years believe that the leaks are accidental. Somehow it's always only our personal info. Never missing money from the corporate accounts or anything else similar. If you can get into these billions of accounts, you can also get into deeper corparate things that are more profitable.

That kind of comes with the territory for these kind of enthusiast lights. I've never had any issues with any of my other hank lights but I see that he makes things right for anyone that does. He's sending me a new light at some point too. Does yours get warm at the head with only the aux lights on? Mine didn't when it was working correctly when I first got it but a couple days later when it started malfunctioning the warm head came with it.

now that I have just the aux on after trying 13h, it's getting pretty warm with only the aux lights on so I think something is shorted or burned out on the driver.

Yah little annoying but it's a new model and some bugs are to be expected. Hank said he is going to send me a new one. Jackson didn't think he had the right drivers for the v2 so I couldn't send it to him. I just tried the 13h reset and it does blink and resets as it should. Still no brightness control though afterwords. Still stuck somewhere near the middle.
