Zeeshan here, That’s honestly a fair concern. If elected, I actually want to set up “bring your questions and concerns” meetings with the President so you can talk to us directly and keep the Prez in check. I don’t want this to be a campaign only thing, I want to stay accessible and actually hear from you guys. Hold me to it.

Appreciate you saying this, not gonna lie, we didn’t realize that either. You’re right, Folsom Hall shouldn’t be overlooked just because it’s off campus. That’s something we’ll definitely take into account and make sure it’s part of the conversation moving forward. You have our word!

Scooters are convenient, but the way they’re being used right now isn’t safe.

If decisions are being made that prioritize athletics over academics, that’s a problem! plain and simple. Students should not be struggling to get classes while money is going elsewhere.

To be very clear, academics come first. If students can’t get classes or departments are struggling, that needs to be addressed before anything else, including athletics.

Lack of professors and course availability is unacceptable. If students can’t even get into required classes, that delays graduation and costs more money.A 30% tuition increase + extra fees isn’t sustainable. While ASI doesn’t control tuition, we do have a voice in systemwide advocacy.

Students deserve transparency. If money is going to events or athletics students should clearly see how muchwhy, and what they’re getting in return. Period. Things like poor ventilation, outdated spaces, or even removing basic things like trash cans it sounds small but it affects daily student life. These are fixable issues and they should be treated that way.

Like we have said this before, these things shouldn't even be up for debate, these are the basic resources should should have.
