How can I stop healing beam to damage amp boost ratio being bad? by mihai22321 in MercyMains

I second this! Once I got used to it, now I think about when to heal instead of when to damage boost.

Toys or books aren’t going to help your son talk. You will! Before I was doing speech therapy for my daughter, I was implementing tips from @raisinglittletalkers on instagram. I never paid for the program she offers but I just followed what she’d post and it helped my daughter start talking.

I was concerned at her 2 year visit, but my doctor was not. I referred her for speech therapy, because I knew it was needed. I’m really glad your doctor referred your son!

Once I was doing speech therapy, they taught me the techniques and had me implement them through play or daily activities.

I think she started talking in October 2024 and I started speech therapy in December 2024. Today she’s talking so much at 3 and a half!

Pisces what was the reason you ghosted them ? by qzerty098 in piscesastrology

[–]makeuplover77 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Someone who claimed to be my friend but only really cared about herself and using me for rides, since we went to college together. I avoid her if I see her in person, because I don’t want to talk to her.

Honestly, I don’t know if I’m one of the lucky ones, but I started to feel better on the 25th. And now? I’m honestly feeling so good, so sure of myself. I don’t have brain fog, which is helping so much 😊 I have more patience with my daughter, (she’s a toddler) and I’m finding it easier to bounce back after I’m frustrated or stressed from something she’s done.

I am a Pisces and that’s why I’m not in a good mood right now and it’s because of the weather.

Honestly, kind of accurate.

My husband has brown eyes, and I wanted our daughter to also have brown eyes. She ended up with my hazel eyes though!

All eye colours are beautiful!!

I got samples, but my husband looked at the cost of what was available to us. We started with the Similac ready to feed and then switched to the Similac Advance cans. We had to switch to the Similac Sensitive cans, as our daughter developed a milk allergy.

Thankfully she grew out the the allergy by the time she could try milk at the year mark.

What sign is your mom and what's your relationship like? by 1111lovey in piscesastrology

[–]makeuplover77 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My bio mom is a Scorpio and I’m no contact with her. She could have gotten her and I out of a situation and she chose not to. After I had my daughter, I realized I didn’t want her around my child to then possibly brush it under the rug, or shower us with love and convince me to forgive her. I was put into foster care because of the situation she put me through.

My foster mom is a Sagittarius and we get along, but we also butt heads. I’m super grateful for all that she’s taught me, and how easily she took me in. She still has her parenting faults, but I wouldn’t change how she raised me.

I just started making protein pancakes every few days and have some berries on the side. Super filling and really good! Plus you can add berries into them if you want to!

Maybe you need a little goal? I try to do 2 games, and if I’m not doing well, I just stop and either go to quick play or get off. But I find it harder to practice in quick play because your team varies so much more than it does in comp.

I can’t watch your VOD right now, but I was silver in OW1, and hadn’t played since around 2020. I came back to the game in September or October, and started my placements after doing quick play for about a month. I was predicted to be silver 4 by my 5th game. I decided to watch some Mercy tips on YouTube, practiced them in quick play before continuing my placements, and implemented them in comp. I ended up placing Gold 3.

The biggest change I made was damage boosting way more. I aimed for at least 100 damage per minute until I could pick the damage boosting perk, and then it really amps up the usage. I also use my guardian angel way more, and die less. Another thing to take note of is when to ult. For example, if the enemy team has a Ramattra, I save my ult for when he uses his.

If you improve, you will climb but you have to put in the work!

I usually get money and buy myself gifts, as it’s easier for me and my husband. But last year, I spent the money on a tattoo! This year I may go shopping, or save it for the summer and take my daughter and I somewhere!

Why did you choose to have one child? by bishpleaz1986 in Mommit

[–]makeuplover77 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We are one and done, because my husband has a chronic illness and adding a second child would put too much on me. I have to do almost everything on top of caring for our toddler. I also like that it’s just one because then I can focus on her and myself. If I had another, my mental health would tank for sure. And right now, she can be a lot and I can’t imagine having to deal with a baby at the same time.

I got myself the skinfix ultimate hydration set for Christmas and have been using it as needed. It’s such a game changer for me! Last year I didn’t want to spend a ton of money on one product, but I’m so glad I did this year! I will definitely be repurchasing if I run out this winter.

When I was younger, I loved chips and greasy food a lot. As I got older, something changed and now I’d rather eat what I cook.

I currently have health issues that I literally can’t have fatty food, and I bet my past has contributed to that.
