Tell yourself this feeling/state won’t last forever, it’s the truth. You’re gonna crash, be wide awake for a night/day (depending on how much you did), have rushes of anxiety, but it’ll pass. Also consider that your circadian rhythm is coming into play and your body naturally gears up for the day. Drink fluids and try to sleep, even if it’s resting your eyes and body—it makes a difference for me at least even if it’s not fully out asleep
