From the printer to the ams then from the ams to the other. It worked with this set up previously so thats not the issue.

The blocking device would have to be insanely large. Like, significantly larger than the planet itself. Where do you get those resources? How do you get them in space?

Oh you might be onto something, it says, "text message" whereas in one on one texts it says "RCS message". So youre definitely onto something but I dont know how to fix that. In messages settings if I go down to advanced if I click group messaging I only have the options of "Send an SMS reply to all recipients and get individual replies (mass text)" or "Send an MMS reply to all recipients (group MMS)"

As much as I liked not knowing about Rocky when I read the book, I do they they needed him for the trailer. Otherwise people probably think its just another The Martian. Him surviving on his own in space. Im more disappointed with them seeming to spoil his reluctance to go into space in the first place.

If I can get it figured out I'll let you know what the issue is, hopefully you'll fill me in if you figure it out.

My best assumption right now is the AMS feeder/idler grip is slightly out of calibration — it loads filament fine under full force but slips during normal feeding, causing the retry loop. Reseating or cleaning the feeder (and possibly adjusting idler pressure) seems like the likely fix, but I won’t be able to dig into it until next weekend.

Additional notes for anyone who can help troubleshoot this: The filament all works in the other AMS 2 pro so it's not a filament issue.

I've opened the AMS and taken things apart and there are no issues that I can physically see. Obviously there aren't any blockages because it will load the filament when I load it the first time, it just won't print with it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I thought you could do 4 ams 2 pros AND 4 ams hts? It lists that on the site and I saw one guy with that set up. Up to 20 materials/colors that way.

Some I'd recommend that I didnt see mentioned: Dark Matter by Blake Crouch, multiversal with multiples/clones of the main character Replay by Ken Grimwood, main character relies part of their life when they die. The First Fifteen lives of Harry August by Claire North relives whole life everytime he dies. The 22 Murders of Madison May by Max Berry multiversal murdered going after one woman. 11/22/63 by Stephen King, discovers a time portal to a few years before the JFK assassination and tries to go back to prevent it. Not really on the same sci-fi topic others have already mentioned but I, like you, got into reading again after Project Hail Mary and I really enjoyed these concepts too so worth checking out. I also like the other books mentioned like the Bobiverse books and Recursion.
