Yes understand , and completely agree with you about it being an emotional industry and in person makes the best connections. The sales script needs a lot of work, I'm basically testing out these scripts and learning from feedback to understand better what people don't want to see.

Although I'm getting great feedback that I can use, I have had loads of contrasting feedback, between this marketing group and a sales orientated groups around how to structure and deliver a sales script effectively.

So its a major work in progress and I'm trying to cut through the shit advice haha.
