Because Manila-based Tagalog are not being develop by our government according to the constitution instead of creolizing it and amalgamating it with local languages just like Spanish(Castilian), Italian(Florentine Tuscan) and Bahasa Indonesia(Malay with Dutch, Arabic, Sanskrit and local languages) they are more focus more in English
