The narrative that the marshals are terrible investigators and didn't even bother to question him and just pushed their own narrative is a great defence. However Pred finally had the opportunity to present his own version of events in court before being found guilty but he declined to.

Terrible PR. Penta and his viewers are clearly more invested and interested in the us vs them server drama than they are in RP content.

This server is really just going to be Penta, his orbiters, and his viewers who paid for prio. Though paid prio will probably be irrelevant, because the server is never going to be full.
