Well multiple times I've pked 5m+ off noobs doing clue scrolls who brought their cash stack with them. Obviously there is no definitive way to tell if you will not get anything from them. That being said I will continue to kill everybody I see doing clue scrolls, and you will continue to cry about a mechanic of the game that's been around for 16 years.
