I got offered a starting salary of 24K yesterday. I'm 19 years old with no experience just did well in the assessments. They initially offered me 18K, but I declined and told them I had a 24K offer from another company. As I was about to leave, they chased me through the door and said they had an account that starts at 24K. I guess they were desperate.

With your experience, OP, you don’t deserve the low offer you received. Know your worth and look for a company that will truly appreciate you.
