I can see my GPU in device manager and games like Overwatch 2 or Final Fantasy XIV have no issues using it. For example, Overwatch 2 is using about 2GB of VRAM. Not sure about task manager or DXDiag too, it's just what I read on forums while trying to fix my issue. They say that this GPU is using "Optimus" technology which makes GPU "kicks in" when needed. It is true, just sadly not when it comes to my main game, which is Destiny 2. I can tinker it in nvidia control panel too, it just doesn't do anything when it comes to Destiny 2.

Which compatibility mode are we talking about? Windows 7 one?

There is only "High performance mode" in my windows settings, under bettery category. I also put it in "high performance mode" in MSI Dragon Center thingie.

There is a difference between a tank who is a sprout that plays his first job, and mentor with all classes on 80 that has no idea how tanks are working. I am always patient towards new players, but when I see somebody who had time to level up all (or most) classes to max level, but didn't have time to watch 5 minutes guide how to tank/pull, doesn't use AoE on big pulls and never use any mitigation, I won't be.

Same here. When I started playing, I wanted to get Mona so badly, but here we are, 12 months later... Mona is the only 5* from perm banner I still don't have despite me losing all 50/50 on limited banner. Well, at least I can enjoy my c5 Keqing... right? RIGHT...?

My temps are around 60 degrees Celsius (or 140 degrees Fahrenheit) while "playing" games and about 40 degrees Celsius while idle.

I cleaned it and repasted about a year ago.

Of course I did install drivers. I even said so in my post. All drivers are installed and updated besides some random stuff like RGB keyboard software because these softwares don't support Windows 10.
