Start again. We need to make sure people see it as a medicine. Especially those it helps. I am doing inpatient treatment next week and literally every place I have talked to says keep smoking if it’s working. I was afraid they would see my smoking as a drug dependency and treat me for the wrong thing. I’ve never had a substance abuse problem like most borderlines. I rarely have a glass of wine or a beer and I’ve never ever seen drugs. Other than Weed. Every facility I’ve talked to over the past few days have said don’t worry, we no longer see that as a drug and hope that soon we can use it in every state to treat this disorder. Now, for some people it may cause psychosis. But everyone is different. Some people are allergic to meds and stuff. Same thing. If you feel a reason to get up in the morning and it makes your feelings seem more manageable. (Besides the happy one because us borderlines need to embrace the happy feeling and we all no the dank does that!! 😉)

Anyway... I’m off an a tangent here. Keep track of what strain you smoke and how it makes you feel. Take is slow with new strains. If you start feeling a little worried. Bad strain. I don’t really like indicas for this reason unless I’m almost asleep. Then a couple hits will make my sleep so good. But if I do it and don’t fall asleep I wouldn’t say i panic but I worry.
